Open Merchandising → View collections to find a Shopify collection and see who controls its sort order. Select a collection's name to open its settings and product preview.
Find a collection
Search by collection title or handle. Select Filter to narrow the list by Status, Strategy, or Needs attention. Select Refresh to reload the list after a change.
The list shows each collection's status, assigned strategy, sort order and last update. If Collection Sort & Manage sorts a collection, its sort order is shown here; open the collection to change it. If Shopify sorts the collection, you can change its Shopify sort order directly in the list.
Work with one collection
Select a collection's name to review its settings and products. Once it is configured for Collection Sort & Manage, you can choose a sort order, configure Push up or Push down, and preview the result. An unconfigured collection shows Configure before these sorting controls become available. Select Actions on its row to Edit, Duplicate, Run now, or Delete. The available actions depend on the collection.
Work with several collections
Select the checkboxes beside collections to assign the same strategy to several of them. Choose a strategy, then select Assign strategy. See Assign a strategy to collections for the review and schedule choices.
