Open View collections and select Actions on a row. The menu depends on whether Ouiteo manages the collection and whether an update is running.
Run or stop updates
- Run now starts an update using the collection's saved membership and sort order. It is unavailable while an update is queued or running.
- Pause stops future automatic runs for an active Repeat collection. Select Resume to allow scheduled runs again. These actions do not appear for a Manual schedule.
- Cancel stops an update that is running. It does not delete the collection or its settings.
If you have unsaved changes on the collection page, save or apply them there first. Run now from the list uses the last saved settings. See Set a collection update schedule for Repeat and Manual schedules.
Copy or remove a collection
- Duplicate creates another collection based on the selected one. Open the copy to check its title and settings before using it.
- Delete permanently deletes the collection in Shopify and removes its Ouiteo settings, if it has any. Read the confirmation carefully; the deletion cannot be undone. The products themselves remain in your store.
For a collection Ouiteo has not configured, Actions offers Configure. Open it to set up membership, sorting and a schedule before running Ouiteo updates.
