Choose a collection sort order

Ultimate Collection Manager can order the products in a collection when it runs. Choose one of Ouiteo's built-in sort orders on the collection page, or leave Shopify default selected to use the collection's Shopify order.

Choose an order

1. Open the collection from View collections, or start a new collection.
2. In Products, open Sort order and choose an available option. The built-in choices cover catalogue details such as title, product type and inventory; commercial results such as products sold, revenue, net revenue and profit; engagement measures such as views and buy-to-view ratio; and Randomly.
3. If the option supports it, choose Ascending or Descending. Some options also show a Lookback period in days.
4. Preview the products, then select Create, Save or Apply now, depending on whether the collection is new or already configured.

The options available to select depend on the product data available to Ouiteo. If a sort order is disabled, check whether its required data has synced under Integrations.

How this differs from Collection Sort & Manage

This guide covers the built-in sort order selected for a collection in Ultimate Collection Manager. Manual product ordering, saved sort types and other merchandising controls belong to Collection Sort & Manage and require that app. They are not needed to choose a built-in sort order here.
