Inventory analytics

Updated Oct 27, 2026

Open Analytics → Inventory to check a product's available stock and how its inventory has changed. Search for a product with tracked inventory, then narrow the view to a variant or location if needed.

Choose what to inspect

  1. In Product, search for and select a product. The search results show its current available quantity and when its inventory last changed.
  2. Choose All variants to see the product total, or select a variant to inspect it separately.
  3. Choose All locations to compare locations, or select one location to focus on its stock.
  4. Use Current period to choose the dates shown in the history chart. You can select a range of up to 90 days.

The Product panel shows the current available quantity for your selection, its last recorded change and a breakdown by location. Changing the variant or location updates that summary and the chart.

Read the inventory history

Inventory history plots available units over the selected period. With all locations selected, the chart can show a total line alongside a line for each location. Choosing one location shows that location's history. Use the chart to see when stock fell or was replenished.

History begins when inventory tracking data is available. If the app is still collecting it, the chart may need another inventory update before it can draw a line. The page also tells you when a product has no tracked inventory or no history for the selected period. If some locations have incomplete history, the page explains where the total begins or why it cannot show a complete total.
